Our stretching classes are an hour long and start off with a dynamic 15-minute warm up followed by 45-minutes of trainer-assisted deep stretching. You will go through a variety of stretches and hold them for 2-3 minutes. During the stretches, your trainer will come by and safely push you into a deeper stretch for a short time to really open up your muscles.
Our Barre classes are an hour long and start with a warm up leading into an upbeat full-body workout. The class is a mix of ballet, yoga, and fitness. Classes are done at the Barre and use light weights, sliders, and mini exercise balls. The perfect class to improve stamina, strength, and overall health.
Our instructors are hands-on, and the classes are small and intimate.
